Amazing Keto Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge

So I started back on my Keto eating plan and I need a snack to help me get through the cravings, I found this Fat Bomb recipe on Carbwarscookbooks.com , I changed it around alittle bit and I love the outcome.

Amazing Keto PB Chocolate Fudge:

Ingredients:1/2 cup of butter 
1/2 cup natural peanut butter,
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 ounces cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar substitute - I used Swere
1/3 cup vanilla whey protein powder
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup walnuts/pecans, chopped 
Dash of salt



Directions:
1. Butter a 5×7-inch baking dish, line it with wax paper and spray or butter the paper aswell, more butter never hurt anyone...lol

2. So now the fun stuff, Melt the butter and peanut butter together in a pan on low heat, Mix together well.

3. In a second bowl, beat cream cheese to soften, then add peanut butter mixture until blended and smooth. Stir in vanilla and sugar substitute.
4. Now whisk together the whey protein powder, cocoa powder, and salt until blended. 
5. Spread fudge in prepared pan, sprinkle nuts on the top, and chill or freeze until set. 

6.Store in refrigerator or freezer. May be eaten frozen.

Makes 20 servings.
Calories: 107; Protein: 1.4 g; Fat: 11.1 g; Net Carbs: 0.5 g
